Support Groups
RAPP – Relatives As Parents Program
The Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP) is a support group for grandparents and other relatives raising children other than their own.
It's FREE and provides support and information to this specific caregiver group. The meetings are held in a casual setting every second Thursday of each month at Jefferson School, Room 44, 1027 N. Marquette, Davenport.
Scott County Caregivers may attend any or all meetings. Refreshments are provided. An attendance prize is given out at each meeting. RSVP's are appreciated but not necessary. Need childcare so you can attend the meetings? Contact Karen Coats for details about after-school care for your child or children, 563-324-9085, ext 227. RAPP is funded in part through a grant from the Brookdale Foundation.
